Throughout the year, the restaurants and bar at Chalet RoyAlp Hôtel & Spa offer refined, authentic cuisine inspired by the Alps and the Italian origins of Chef Davide Esercito.

During these dates, there will be no room service, and only the bar will remain open.

Le Rochegrise Alpine Brasserie

With its decoration mixing wood panelling and red fabrics, Le Rochegrise is an alpine brasserie offering a journey of flavours between the Vaud Alps and Italian regions. Pasta and risottos rub shoulders with röstis and Swiss lamb with the elegance and creativity that guide our Chef Davide Esercito in the kitchen.

Le Grizzly

Designed along the lines of a traditional Swiss 'carnotzet', the wood panels and the fireplace create the authentic atmosphere of this rustic restaurant. Le Grizzly offers a traditional Swiss cuisine such as wood-fired raclette and cheese fondue.

La Cabane

Fresh air, a breathtaking view of the Alps and premium products cooked a la plancha - that's the promise of the new "La Cabane" dining area, open only during the summer season. Tapas-style starters are on offer to whet your appetite, and of course a few sweet treats from our head pastry chef to round off your meal.

Join us on the RoyAlp Terrace for a convivial moment with family and friends.

Le Jardin des Alpes fine dining restaurant

At our gourmet restaurant, rated 16/20 by Gault & Millau, our Chef delivers a generous cuisine guided by the Swiss terroir as well as by his Italian origins and the seasons. Elegance and sobriety go hand in hand with the authenticity and generosity of the dishes served to our guests. An invitation to awaken the senses!

The Jardin des Alpes restaurant will be exceptionally closed during the 2023-2024 winter season, in order to ensure the highest quality of work for our customers. We look forward to seeing you again in summer 2024.

La Table d'Hôtes

Guests are seated in the very heart of the kitchen and can enjoy all the action at the Chef's table. A parade of dishes and gourmet creations are produced before your eyes. It's a unique experience that deserves to be savoured! (Reservation required - maximum of five people)

In this atmospheric setting, Chalet RoyAlp offers you a private aperitif in the midst of our vintages. Cold cuts, a selection of cheeses, cocktails, accompanied by local wine or champagne, just tell us what you'd like. We'll be delighted to create the event you want to share with your family or colleagues (maximum 6 people).

The BeAr's Bar
Lounge-Bar of the mountain

With a terrace with a mountain view that opens as soon as the weather is fine, BeAr's Bar has everything you need for a convivial atmosphere. The selection of caviars goes hand in hand with dishes such as club sandwiches, pizzas, burgers and Caesar salads. Young and old alike will find something to enjoy here!
