At the gourmet restaurant, rated 16/20 by Gault & Millau, our Chef Davide Esercito offers a convivial Italian cuisine, thanks to elegant cooking using organic produce from local producers. Each day, a single menu is served, to be shared, described to guests by the service team, according to the inspirations of the chef and his brigade. The watchwords at the table? Local produce, respect for the seasons, a balance between authenticity and the contemporary, awakening the senses, generosity and emotion.

The Jardin des Alpes restaurant will be exceptionally closed during the 2023-2024 winter season to ensure quality work for our customers.
