Our charming restaurants in Villars-sur-Ollon
Chalet RoyAlp Hôtel & Spa's restaurants and bar offer refined, authentic, gourmet cuisine throughout the year. Chef Fabien Manzoni embodies this natural philosophy, highlighting seasonal produce from the local terroir. His respectful, gourmet cuisine is as invigorating as the Alpine air, as nourishing as our land, and naturally creative and plant-based. Labelled "Fait Maison", each plate bears witness to genuine craftsmanship and a deep respect for the product.
Restaurant Le Rochegrise
Freshly renovated, Le Rochegrise welcomes you in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The tasty menu features carefully selected seasonal and local produce. Each dish, prepared in compliance with the "Fait Maison" label, is a gourmet invitation to discover the authentic, refined flavours of the Vaud Alps.
Open Wednesday to Monday from 6:30 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. (last orders).
Exceptionally closed from March 8 to 11, March 15 to 18, and March 24.
Le Rochegrise will close its winter season on the evening of March 28.
Le Grizzly
In our carnotzet with its authentic charm, wood panelling and the crackle of the open fire create an intimate atmosphere. Le Grizzly invites you to savor the classics of Swiss cuisine, with its wood-fired raclette and a choice of creamy fondues, combining tradition with delicate flavors.
Open Thursday through Tuesday from 6:30 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.
Exceptionally closed on March 12 and 19.
Le Grizzly will be open every day except Sundays and Mondays from March 28.

The BeAr's Bar
Lounge-Bar of the mountain
With a terrace overlooking the mountains, open as soon as the weather warms up, BeAr's Bar is the ideal place for convivial moments. Its selection of caviars is accompanied by refined snack dishes, perfectly complemented by our cocktails created from carefully selected Swiss products. There's something for everyone!
Open Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Friday & Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to midnight.
