On the menu, seasonal ingredients take center stage in dishes created by Chef Fabien Manzoni, who embodies this natural philosophy. Ingredients sourced from the local region come together to create dishes that are both respectful of their origins and indulgent, as invigorating as the Alpine air.
Certified“Homemade,”each dish reflects true artisanal expertise and a deep respect for the ingredients, drawing inspiration from the surrounding nature and the Alpine seasons.
The Rochegrise
In an intimate and contemporary setting, Le Rochegrise offers cuisine that showcases carefully selected seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Each dish, prepared in accordance with the “Homemade” label, is a true culinary invitation to discover the authentic and refined flavors of the Vaud Alps.
Le Rochegrise is open every day from 6:30 p.m. to 9:15 p.m., except on Sundays and Mondays.

The Refuge

At Le Refuge du ChaletRoyAlp restaurant, enjoy the experience of an outdoor dinner in Villars-sur-Ollon, bathed in the light of the sunset and surrounded by an exceptional panoramic view.
Le Refuge is open every day from 6:30 p.m. to 9:15 p.m., except on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Whether on the terrace or comfortably settled into the sofas, there’s a spot for everyone, blending relaxation with elegance. A refined selection of caviar, gourmet snacks, and signature cocktails rounds out the experience, delighting guests of all ages.
Open Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to midnight.
