Le Rochegrise Alpine Brasserie

With its blend of wood panelling and red fabrics, Le Rochegrise is an alpine brasserie offering a journey through the flavours of the Vaud Alps. Chef Fabien Manzoni offers a respectful, gourmet cuisine inspired by local produce: dairy products from the mountain pastures, herbs from the meadows, and fresh vegetables from our gardens. Committed to a sustainable approach, Le Chalet Royalp works closely with passionate local producers.

Le Grizzly

Designed along the lines of a traditional Swiss 'carnotzet', the wood panels and the fireplace create the authentic atmosphere of this rustic restaurant. Le Grizzly offers a traditional Swiss cuisine such as wood-fired raclette and cheese fondue.

At our gourmet restaurant, rated 16/20 by Gault & Millau, our Chef delivers a generous cuisine guided by the Swiss terroir. Elegance and sobriety go hand in hand with the authenticity and generosity of the dishes served to our guests. An invitation to awaken the senses!

The Jardin des Alpes restaurant will be exceptionally closed during the 2024 summer season in order to ensure quality work for our customers. We look forward to seeing you in winter 2024.

Guests are seated in the very heart of the kitchen and can enjoy all the action at the Chef's table. A parade of dishes and gourmet creations are produced before your eyes. It's a unique experience that deserves to be savoured! (Reservation required - maximum of five people)

In this atmospheric setting, Chalet RoyAlp offers you a private aperitif in the midst of our vintages. Cold cuts, a selection of cheeses, cocktails, accompanied by local wine or champagne, just tell us what you'd like. We'll be delighted to create the event you want to share with your family or colleagues (maximum 6 people).

Lounge-Bar of the mountain

With a terrace with a mountain view that opens as soon as the weather is fine, BeAr's Bar has everything you need for a convivial atmosphere. The selection of caviars goes hand in hand with dishes such as club sandwiches, pizzas, burgers and Caesar salads. Young and old alike will find something to enjoy here!
